Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 guests. Exceeding this limit at any time without prior owner consent will result in additional charges or immediate cancellation of the reservation.
Pets
We welcome well-behaved dogs weighing less than 50 lbs each, with a limit of 2 pets total. A $50 pet fee will apply per stay. Please contact us directly if you have specific questions regarding your pets.
Children
Children of all ages (0–17) are welcome. We ask that they be provided with appropriate adult supervision at all times, especially when near the water.
Events
Events or large gatherings are not permitted.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed outdoors; however, we ask that you dispose of all butts properly in designated receptacles to keep the grounds clean.
Trash Disposal
To maintain the property, all trash must be bagged and transported to the dumpster located near the driveway prior to your checkout.
Off-Road Vehicles
For the safety and maintenance of the grounds, Golf Carts, ATVs, and UTVs are not allowed to be operated on the property.
Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Policy
All reservations are final. To ensure the protection of both the guest and the property, no refunds of rent or security deposits will be issued for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, personal emergencies, illness, early departures, or inclement weather conditions.
Rescheduling & Future Credits
While cancellations are not permitted, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your stay. In the event you cannot fulfill your original dates, your investment will be held as a credit toward a future reservation. This credit does not expire, allowing you to rebook whenever your schedule permits.
Holiday Restrictions
Reservations that include Memorial Day, the 4th of July, or Labor Day are subject to stricter terms. These holiday bookings are strictly non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling or future credit.
